Before I started writing books, I recorded four CDs and performed on piano and guitar (using the name my parent’s gave me – Nyree). 

In addition to successful tours of the US and Brazil, several of my songs and performances were licensed for use in Network TV and Film, from MTV to Sony Pictures to the PAX network.

• Little Girl was featured on Oprah's Oxygen.com for two months.
