A charming story about. Cal the head of an organization who supports vets and their families, is the boss o f. Lysa brilliant accountant,who proves herself of much more. The two of them take off for. London to meet with a potential donor donor. A very wealthy man whom they find out had purchased a beautiful painting. From. Cal for. 60 million. A great surprise to both of them. They areheaded the two off with referrals for more contributions. With the area to explore for a few days, the two take off and have the most romantic holiday. They fall into bed and find them selves up to their necks in love.
Weeks later. Lysa finds herself pregnant. Well that is a problem. She works with her three brothers who are possessive unlimited. Cal is their good friend. He is. 20 year her senior and is off limits to her. They persevere and come put on top. A very impressive and beautifully written about ever ending love.

I really liked this book. I'm not a huge fan of the sibling's best friend trope because a lot of times the sibling is very nosy and overbearing and never gets called on out on their actions. This book went out of its way to demonstrate that there's a huge difference between looking out for a family member and sticking your nose into their relationships. I was very impressed at how in depth they went with it. Part of it did require a sudden point of view shift (the majority of the story is told from Cal and Lyssa's perspective, but small parts of it shift to her brother), which would normally bother me, but it was necessary to get the point across.

You don't necessarily need to read the other books to fully understand this one, however, there are a few big family scenes where other characters appear. Because it had been a long time since I'd read the previous books, I couldn't remember everybody right away, but a few brief descriptions helped jog my memory.

I also love that while family is part of the story, they don't overpower it. A good bulk of the story is Cal and Lyssa getting to know each other and having their romance develop, which made it easier to want them together.

There's also a setup for the next book in the series, which I also appreciate. I look forward to reading it.

Let me just start by saying, Bella Andre is one of my no questions asked no synopsis needed one click regardless Authors. Her books are totally worth getting lost in. Unforgettable in Love was no exception. Lyssa was one strong, confident, brilliant and no holds bar heroine. Being the only girl she had a lot of obstacles to maneuver around. And a lot to prove to the brothers she could handle herself and didn't need their constant hovering. When Cal kept running she took a stand and stood her ground. She made him work for it. Loved their story.

Annnnnndddddd it seems we may be graced with Dane's book sometime in the future. I So can't wait. Grab this read now and enjoy. If you haven't read the other Maverick books, treat yourself and one click them all then sit down with a bottle of your favorite wine, maybe a little cheese and crackers oh and a box of tissues and sit back and immerse yourself in the world of everything Maverick's.

It does and amazing job of dealing with the common theme of all the big brothers doing way too much to protect their younger sister. This is a fresh look at the theme. My goodness waiting for this book to come out with so for the countdown calendar I made for it Cal and Lyssa’s Journey to finding love was one hell of a ride her over coming the battle to prove to both her parents and her brothers that she was very capable of taking care of herself and was no longer the little girl that they seen her as. And Cal overcoming the thought that he was like his father when all along he was never like him and it seemed the affair that his father had with a Woman 20 years younger than him made Cal think that he was like his father and I’m glad that Lisa made him see that he wasn’t like his father he was his own person who didn’t know how to love someone with all their heart and in the end they stood up against everybody to prove that they truly belong to one another and loved one another I cannot wait for the next adventure in the Mavericks series

I received an ARC copy of this title in exchange for my honest review and honesty....I loved it! I have been eagerly awaiting to review this book in the series as I have enjoyed the characters Lssya and Cal's appearance in earlier books in the same series. I now own the kindle and audible version as I will be re-reading this book many times.

The Mavericks are a fantastic series and this book has become my new favourite of the series, just eclipsing Matt and Ari's book Fearless in Love. This book has echos of one of my other favourite books "I only have eyes for you" in Bella Andre's the Sullivan series.

This book is about Lyssa and Cal's story which I found heart-warming, funny and emotional.

There is so much I want to say about this book but I don't want to give any spoilers (and there are plenty of spoilers) as it is a wonderful surprise discovering it for the first read through. I can stay that there are plenty of scenes where Lyssa and Cal interact with other Mavericks which is my favourite part in Bella Andre's books. Love the big family scenes.
