While I love writing about about a variety of professions (my last few books have featured a professor, a painter, a bodyguard, a dancer, and a farmer), the heroes and heroines I go back to again and again are rock stars.
For ten years, I worked as a professional musician. I recorded four albums and toured the world with my band, playing guitar and piano and singing lead vocals–and I also co-wrote songs with some truly incredible songwriters in Los Angeles and Nashville. Which is probably why writing about musicians is so much fun and feels so natural.
In “The Moonlight Wedding” I couldn't resist pairing buttoned-up Meg with rock-star Lucas, who desperately needs her help to film his new music video. I hope you enjoy their love story!
And…we are now on the two month countdown for Cassie Sullivan's story! Pre-order links for “Your Love Is Mine (Maine Sullivans #1)” are below.
Happy reading,
<3 Bella

About the Book
Meg Ashworth has always lived her life by the book, until she finally breaks away from her family's strict rules to be a wedding designer at Married in Malibu. But she never expected that part of her job description would mean working day — and night — with one of the biggest rock stars on the planet.
Lucas Crosby desperately needs Meg's help to create a music video for his new single. She is so brilliant and beautiful that instead of hiring a model or actress to play the part of his true love in the video…he wants Meg! When their deep spark of connection grows far beyond their pretend relationship onscreen, can he convince her to take a chance on loving him in real life?
